十六岁那年，在好友范晓萤（谭松韵 饰）的牵线搭桥之下，戚百草进入了松柏道馆练习武道，并在此结识了若白（杨洋 饰）和喻初原（白敬亭 饰）等好友，在同贤武道馆的对手的切磋和比试之中，几人之间结下了坚实的友谊。在相处的过程中，戚百草和外冷内热的喻初原渐渐走到了一起，这让一直暗恋喻初原的方婷宜（赵圆瑗 饰）十分恼火。
